CONTEST: Win Tix to the Broken Pencil Fantasy Party featuring Dinosaur Bones and Whale Tooth

If you're a connoisseur of all things indie and cool in the city of Toronto, than you're likely already familiar with Broken Pencil Magazine. It is one of the few magazines in the world devoted exclusively to underground culture and the independent arts. This Friday August 21st, they're hosting a party at the Whippersnapper Gallery, and they managed to secure a couple of the city's best acts to perform.

Besides the beats that will be provided by the great DJ Hemmingway, local favourites Dinosaur Bones and Whale Tooth will be performing live. Tickets are being sold at the door for $10, and I believe that includes a year's subscription to the magazine.

The magazine itself was holding a pretty awesome contest for those wanting to attend the show on the VIP list, but if you're just reading about it now, then sorry, you've already missed your chance. Or have you?
